Trata un tema relevante en la actualidad y el director se aproxima a los personajes con respeto, desarrolla un v\u00ednculo profundamente significativo con los personajes y sus historias.<br>Menci\u00f3n Especial del Jurado para la pel\u00edcula \u00abKarnawal\u201d de Juan Pablo F\u00e9lix, por ser una pel\u00edcula que rescata las culturas tradicionales, que adem\u00e1s plantea una solidez en el manejo de los recursos cinematogr\u00e1ficos y la construcci\u00f3n narrativa. Esta pel\u00edcula tiene una propuesta coherente a nivel est\u00e9tico y un importante trabajo en la direcci\u00f3n de actores que resulta ser convincente, de mucho car\u00e1cter y muy potente.
